Modern Thanksgiving Tablesetting

I am so happy to have my parents visiting for the Thanksgiving long weekend. It's a perfect excuse to set the table and cook an actual meal. This weekend, instead of making the traditional turkey dinner, we decided to do beef! On the menu is beef tenderloin seared in garlic, butter, and thyme; maple sweet potato mash; green bean casserole; and for dessert a pumpkin cream cheese roll. Mom and I picked up some beautiful twigs with orange berries and white pumpkins from a local flower shop. I paired the twigs and pumpkins with some candles, black and white platesgold cutlery, and light grey napkins. Our table is small so we kept it really simple.
